It is always recommended to have the suction point of the Fume Extractors close to the fume generating source. This is achieved by having the suction hood fixed to a flexible arm which is retractable as well as rotatable. “PNT” Fume Extractors come with various lengths of extraction arms, depending on application requirements. The diameter of the arms is fixed for achieving optimum face velocities for efficient extraction of the fumes.
