Fume Extractors:
It is always recommended to have the suction point of the Fume Extractors close to the fume generating source. This is achieved by having the suction hood fixed to a flexible arm which is retractable as well as rotatable. “PNT” Fume Extractors come with various lengths of extraction arms, depending on application requirements. The diameter of the arms is designed for achieving optimum face velocities for efficient extraction of the fumes.

Cartridge Type:
Cartridge type dust collectors use pleated cartridge filters for effectively capturing finer dusts to the level of 1-0.3µ. Cartridge type dust collectors have large filter area encased in smaller sizes thus reducing overall size of dust collectors. Cartridges are easy for replacement and saves a lot of productivity time during maintenance.
The filtration efficiency of well-designed cartridge filter dust collectors are up to 99.9% The pulse jet system helps in continuous automatic cleaning of the cartridges.
Available Range: 1,000 – 15,000 m3/Hr

Bag Type:
Bag filters are used for very specific applications where dust behaviour is typical and difficult to handle in pleated type cartridge filters. Bag Filters are effective in applications with sticky, abrasive, reactive gas applications.
Bag Filters generally have low maintenance & operating costs. The pulse jet system helps in continuous automatic cleaning of the cartridges. Typical applications are Power, Steel, Food, Chemical, Foundry industries
Available Range: 1,000 – 15,000 m3/Hr
